To advertising to an audience that's already interested in you Add Word is the way to go. Add Words work along the same lines as Pa-Per-Click. You bid so much for each time a potential customer click on you site, for example 13˘ per click. Remember though, others are also bidding. So, the higher you bid the high your site on the list.
